Well, the first month of 2015 has officially come to a close. And although January in Chicago isn’t exactly pleasant, it did have its highlights:
1. We’re one month closer to summer
2. I’m one year older (my birthday was on the 27th)
3. I started reading the Game of Thrones books which I’m really enjoying, although I’m pretty sure it’ll take me through 2017 to finish (and by then, they’ll probably be more books…)
4. All these things…
Ben & Jerry’s Cookie Cores | RPM Steak
Pint Club from Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams | The Publican

A favorite of mine for January was the bacon cheddar tater tots at Public School 214 in The West Village in Dallas and Yo Pop old-fashion butter popcorn, both have a creamy silky taste and texture that was so soothing and comforting during winter months in Dallas! I am also a fan of the Ben & Jerry core ice creams, while try the new flavors this month!
I really enjoyed reading this post. I’m an upcoming food blogger as well and would love to get some tips from you. This post was amazing I loved how you created a post of different eats from the month of January and complied into one.
